Job Purpose
The position is responsible for reselling residential properties in the Communities business unit.
Job Details – Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
Work on leads, including self-generated leads of community customers interested in buying or selling properties.
Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
Manage an inventory of properties, with comprehensive information location, upgrades, square footage, etc.
Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
Present purchase offers to sellers.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
Prepare Oqood, Title Deeds, NOCs, purchase agreements and other documents for each transaction.
Maintain your real estate license and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with the MAFP CBU’s Code of Conduct, Departmental policies and HC Policies and Procedures at all times.
Ensure adherence to MAFP values and exhibit the same all the time.
Personal Characteristics And Required Background
College degree and 4 years of experience preferred
Strong brokers network
Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
Strong closing skills
Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Committed to obtaining Real Estate license
Sales Force, Yardi or similar software experience
