Join our Global Business Services (GBS) as the Hire 2 Retire Onboarding Specialist on 12 months contract and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow.
Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
- Act as single point of contact for new employees
- Responsible as onboarding buddy
- Collection of onboarding & joining documents
- Act as communication personnel to close the gap between candidate & business partner
- Coordinate with candidate at all levels
- Responsible for employee’s smooth joining experience
- Maintaining records of employee related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Coordinator between delivery center and business partner
- Auditing of contracts, letters and joining document
- Act as coordinator between all stakeholder, including business partners, delivery center, Visa team and candidate
- Maintain the confidentiality
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!
- University degree in HR is desirable
- 03-04 years’ experience in HR operations
- Strong analytical skills and communication skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Expertise in MS Office
