Why are we hiring this role?
- We’re looking for a talented Business Development Manager with a hunter instinct (focusing on top UAE enterprises) based in UAE
- We’re proud of the team and culture we’ve built at IR and want to ensure that our company culture continues to thrive as we grow. You will play a critical role in the creation and continue to expand IR’s success in UAE across the large enterprises environment.
What will you accomplish?
- Maximise the generation of qualification and creation of Net New Pipe within named existing accounts and creation of new accounts with your hunting skills.
- Develop strong relationships with key strategic alliances and partners to drive interest in supporting IR solutions to drive more value to the customers.
- Drive the achievement of revenue targets for software sales solutions from net new customers by selling through alliances, partners as well as direct to end users.
- Build, Identify, qualify, and execute new business opportunities within named existing and new enterprise accounts.
- We have ambitious plans, and you’ll help us scale our team to accomplish and focus on building our employer brand around the world.
- You’ll be accountable in constructing and delivering compelling proposals, negotiation, and closure of sales.
- You’ll have prior experience in budgetary planning and forecasting for a scaling organization.
What do we need from you?
- You’re an experienced sales hunter with relevant UC and collaboration background for enterprise customers. You have experience working in a high growth business in software with proven track record in developing new business in UAE – A hunter that is always hungry to succeed and grow with the business.
- A background in UC /Collaboration and/or contact centers cross the top vendors will be preferable in this role. You should be familiar with building proposals, be technical sound and have excellent communication, and presentation skills to get the key stakeholders bought-in to execute your strategy. This is especially important given that our team is globally distributed.
- You have experience in dealing with multiple levels of internal relationships to drive complex enterprise across the lines including Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product Management as well as external relationships such as alliances, partners and customers.
- You have a genuine passion for the software technology industry and have a keen interest in continuous learning related to IR products and industry developments.
- You’ll be an ambassador for our values. You’ll have a deep emphasis on driving our values and you have a passion for evolving and maintaining culture through periods of rapid change.
What would give you an edge?
- Prior experience working in a growing technology (SaaS ideally!) UC/CC related company
- Expertise and have strong relationships in dealing with top enterprise customers
- Prior experience with working with global team members across APAC/MEA will be preferred as the team is scattered geographically across the region.
- Proficiency with key UC product solutions (e.g. Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc.) and/or contact center solutions (e.g. Genesys, Avaya etc.)
