Since 2018, our UAE-based subsidiary svt Middle East has been serving numerous customers within the construction industry with a wide range of passive fire protection applications tailored to their specific needs and budget. Our partners and clients in the Middle East can rely on top-notch solutions and direct support, including smooth coordination with the German divisions.

Your Tasks

• Lead and empower our new sales entity in Dubai and acquire new business in the field of passive fire protection within the region of Middle East.
• Develop a growth strategy together with internal stakeholders, focused on both, financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Expand svt’s excisting network and build up long-term relationships with new and existing customers and partners to bring our products into market
• Represent the company at governmental institutions, authorities and other 3rd parties
• Manage HR-topics (e.g. recruiting, personell development) and take care of wellbeing & retention of the team
• Oversee the financial performance, investments and other business ventures
• Improve internal processes for better productivity
• Frequent reporting to the management in Germany

Your Profile

• Extended (5+ years) leadership experience with demonstrable knowledge in developing strategic plans
• Bachelor’s or Master‘s degree in business administration or in a relevant technical field is a plus
• Have a good technical understanding in passive fire protection, cavity barriers, constructions, building components or similiar areas
• Have the entrepreneurial and commercial mindset about how we can expand our business and bring our products into market
• Have professional experience working within a growth-focused position that requires crossfunctional interaction and collaboration.
• GCC experience and knowledge of local requirements are mandatory
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, paired with a strong interest in developing people and teams
• German is an advantage
• Valid driving licence
