We’re now on the lookout for a People Partner, EU to join us in this mission and act as part of our people team. In this role, you will partner directly with our management teams (based in Berlin and London) by providing leadership and management support through tailored advice on organization and people development. You will drive data-informed decision making and support calibrating and rewarding high performance. You will further contribute to our various people programs.
Your mission
Be a people team member and act in line with our strategy and deliver on our people roadmap
Act as People Partner to our people managers in Berlin and London and promote our leadership values
Coach our people managers with supporting organizational development and building high performing teams
Resolve tricky employment and performance issues
Facilitate conversations and support organizational change initiatives
Maintain a good relationship with works council and support negotiation of company agreements
Drive our performance management and promotion processes
Work closely with other people team functions to deliver best in class people and leadership support to drive organizational effectiveness
Contribute to various adhoc People projects
Be the ambassador of our company culture and values
Work together with the DEI, Workplace, Finance and Business & Legal Affairs teams
About You
As an experienced HR Professional you are looking for a dynamic international environment where you can apply your business acumen, communication, change management and influencing skills. You are excited about helping us to further develop our people practices and our diversity, equity and inclusion while sharing our passion to keep things simple in design, light on process and high on impact.
You are experienced with German labor law and working with the workers council.
Your ability to build effective relationships at all levels helps you resolve tricky employment and performance issues. You are proactive and you do not only deal well with ambiguity yourself, you also enjoy supporting the organization to deal with change and ambiguity in a healthy way.
People call you proactive and innovative in your approach to getting things done, and you are comfortable being hands-on and scrappy. You adapt easily to change and help others understand and deal with complexity and uncertainty. You are passionate about your work, people and our product.
