Our client is an internationally known Norwegian manufacturer of prams and baby furniture, with products sold in over 50 countries and a reputation for innovative designs in the children’s furniture sector. Over the years, our client has manufactured and designed a wide range of furniture, paying particular attention to ergonomics, uniqueness, and functionality. They are currently looking for a German & English Speaking HR & Office Coordinator (m/f/d) for their Sindelfingen office.
Tasks
- – Responsible for managing the efficient running of the ‘front of house’
- Maintaining meeting rooms and other social and collaboration spaces
- Managing CEO calendar and travel and general travel management (Local hotel bookings, Egencia main contact)
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and parcel shipments
- Health and Security Representative
- Supporting national and international HR projects (e.g. carrying out and presentation of relevant research, preparation of information, recruiting etc.)
- Supporting the optimization of our client’s global HR processes
- General administrative support for the global HR team
- Planning of organization of meetings and training
- Maintenance of various databases and systems
Requirements
- – Fluent in German and English
- Academic degree or vocational training in a relevant discipline
- Ideally initial experience in HR, administration or from an adjacent field
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- A service-minded and commercial thinking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Eye for details & ability to work independently
- Office-based position, which requires being fully in the office
