Tasks

• creation of integrated financial plans for our customers
• decision support of the management of our customers by creating analyses and scenarios
• initiation of initiatives for scalable and automated finance processes through the use of software tools and technologies provided by ScaleUpLab
• creation of financial reports, forecasts, budgets, strategy, and business plans
• cooperation with our management and financial experts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, or similar
• at least 2 years of experience in the creation of financial plans, controlling, accounting, finance, auditing, management consulting, or as CFO / commercial director in a startup
• strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and understanding business principles
• German & English (in speech and writing)
• proactive and self-motivated person with a hands-on mentality who enjoys number-based work in a fast-growing company
