Internship Human Resources International (d/f/m)

What you can expect

• Provide operational support to the HR-International department in Global Mobility Management. This includes in particular:
• HR-side support and securing of international project assignments including contract management.
• Collaboration in the targeted conception of secondments and localizations
• Ensuring the smooth running of the interface with Deutsche Telekom AG’s Global Employment Center and internal stakeholders
• Project support in the conception and implementation of HR projects, such as on the topics of performance management or digital HR
• Active support and co-design of the entire HR lifecycle alongside the HR Business Partners

What we are looking for

• Advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally with HR relevance
• First practical experience through internships desirable
• Willingness to learn digital processes and systems (e.g. SAP)
• Very good German and English skills as well as strong communication skills
• Analytical and coordination skills
• High level of comprehension
