Working Student HR-Operations (m/f/d)

Your mission

• You support the HR services team and their interfaces in the operational area
• You take care of administrative HR tasks, starting with new hires and ending with the offboarding of employees
• You proactively contribute your own ideas and possible suggestions for improvement of processes and procedures to ensure employee satisfaction
• Collaboration on various project topics and coordination of your own (sub)projects
• Organizing and answering employee inquiries
• You are part of a team that is the first point of contact for all employee requests

Your profile

• Student of business administration/economics, social sciences, law or of a comparable program, ideally with a focus on HR
• Fluent written and spoken German and english (B2-Level) skills
• Initial experience in the area of HR in the context of internships or working student activities are appreciated
• Great interest in working independently on topics, have a precise way of working and keep an eye on your projects
• You have the talent to create clear and creative PowerPoint slides and know also how to handle with Excel
• Affinity for new HR trends and tools
• You are available immediately to us and stay for 6 months or longer

We are also interested in supervising exciting thesis following an internship or working student position.
