Zivver
Zivver is growing rapidly, so many customers start using Zivver every day. As Intern Project Lead Implementations, most of your work is dedicated to supporting the implementation team in this hyper-growth stage . This support consists of a combination of short-term activities (Provide training to end-users, design customized instruction materials for new product functionalities) and strategic initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of our services. You will learn a lot about building customer relationships, software implementations, and how a b2b technology scale up business is organised. You will be an integral part of our Project Lead team, who are happy to support your personal growth and share their knowledge and experience in project management and software implementations with you.
A day at Zivver
It’s Tuesday morning at the office and we have just finished our team meeting. During this meeting your teammate Susanne asked if you can help her out by performing an end-user training for one of her customers later this week. She will brief you this afternoon on the customer specific elements of this training. After the meeting, you check the to-do list that the team shares with you and notice Vincent put a new item on there: to polish a customer facing document that is outdated, and make the language more user centered. You align with him on the deadline, as you have a lot more meetings today. For now, you need to finish the task you started on yesterday: adding the 5 brandings to a customer environment. You finish this right in time before your next meeting, which is a project update call together with your colleague Geoffrey. In this call, the client mentioned the pilot users experienced a bug, which they reported to our support team. Geoffrey asks you to inform support that this issue needs more priority, as the go-live is scheduled for next week, so you need to find the ticket, and inform the support agent that the urgency is high. Once that is done, you check your email and the to-do list again, before you and Geoffrey go for lunch.
After lunch, you are heading straight into the next meeting together with your colleague Jasper. This meeting is a project kick-off with a new client. You are responsible for giving the product demo in this kick off, so all attendants get a great impression of Zivver. After the kick off, Jasper asks you to finalize the document that contains the decisions made during the meeting and send it to the customer. Now you have some time to work on the larger research topic you set for your internship: increasing automation of the customer onboarding process. At the end of the afternoon, you have the meeting together with Susanne to brief you on the customer training. This is the first one you’ll be doing alone, so you need some time to practice tomorrow, and are really looking forward to the training later this week!
