Principle Responsibilities:
As an EP Squad Member:
- Together with other EP squad and network members define short & mid-term EPS outcomes in alignment with EPS vision,long-term outcomes & Roche 2030 vision
- Proactively contribute to the achievement of defined EPS outcomes and linked success metrics
- Actively participate and contribute to the squad practice of self-management & self authored learning to accelerate growth and foster high-performance culture.
- Proactively share market & customer knowledge adopting defined systems and forums for retention and dissemination
- Partner mindfully with affiliates, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and never compromising their customer and business accountabilities (reputation, trust, license to operate, etc)
- Lead Work Packages through effective and transparent communication, scope management, technical expertise, critical thinking and problem-solving.
As the Divestment and General Products Manager:
- Define and implement the above country process for divestments drawing on global best practices
- For products identified for divestment, define the APAC implementation strategy maximising patient and business outcomes
- Orchestrate the implementation of divestments working closely with Internal (esp. Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain) and external stakeholders
- Define divestment reporting standards and ensure transparency to divestment timelines and activities.
- Develop product simplification strategy & operations for the “Simplify” EP portfolio segment
- Identify and implement opportunities to simplify and increase product profitability of products within the “simplify” segment
- Collaborate with commercial & supply chain teams for stock planning & forecasting
- Assess efficiency, collect and share learnings with the EP network
- Partner with the Alliance team to address issues arising from products within the “Simplify” segment
- Partner with Digital Activation Manager to coordinate required customer communications relating to divestments or simplification activities
- Engage with external customers to assess impact of proposed simplification initiatives
- Assess and pursue opportunistic commercial opportunities (when prioritised) arising from “simplify” products.

Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications:
- At least 5 years Pharmaceutical or BioTech Industry experience
- Experience working in Asia Pacific, ideally in more than one country
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance & impact, assess commercial opportunities & make well informed decisions
- Experience defining & implementing LEAN process methodologies
- Experience in medical or commercial product management
- Outstanding verbal and written English is essential
