Retail Product Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and plans to establish strong brand presence of Accu-Chek BGM products among retailers, diabetic patients and their caregivers
• Implement appropriate marketing initiatives such as brand communication, Pricing, channel strategy, high-frequency test program development to achieve financial objectives
• Clearly understand global/regional objectives and strategies to identify possible resources to be adapted at local level and gain additional support through close communication with regional marketing
• Carry out product managing tasks such as Product launching management, pricing, rolling forecast, stock management, market research and intelligence, quality control of responsible products in accordance with internal SOP and close cooperation with internal support function
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic and international market trends, competitor activities to identify market opportunities for the product
• Keep sales representatives updated and trained on latest information on diabetes management, products, global/regional brand campaign, and market environmental changes to maximize sales effectiveness
• Perform any short & long-term projects and task-force team activities as assigned by line manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with more than 3 years of marketing experience in retail or medical companies
• Strong analytical skills including strategic thinking, and business planning
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
