Internship – Sustainable Purchasing Assistant (M/F)

MISSION  :
Integrated in CCIS HO, you are participating to CSR qualification of suppliers panel within CCIS worldwide organization and managing CSR related topics and projects.

 RESPONSABILITIES :

• Within CCIS HO Department, you are in charge of qualifying suppliers (CSR, financial risk etc) and modelization of associated processes.
• In your respective scope, you will be in charge of follow-up of the different steps to qualify suppliers, starting by identifying key suppliers belonging to CMA CGM criteria, submiting qualification request via IT platform, pushing suppliers and positively close suppliers qualification via normal step or bey exceptionnal process. 
• You will also modelize the processes belonging to CSR.
• You will follow key supplier beloging to CCIS organization, ensure good level of coordination between all services involved in CSR aspect and participate to CSR technical drafts regarding CCIS projects (implementation of solar panels, windmills, recycling, enhancement of biodiversity, etc). 
• You are participating to regular meeting relevant from your scope.

Profile description:

 PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :

• Currently in Master 2 Corporate Social Responsability, you have some experience in supplier qualification and processes. Technical background related to renewable energies required. 
• Fluent in English, good mindset on IT tools and interested to work in a challenging environment and international perimeter.
• Excellent communication, persistent, analytical mindset and process oriented, team spirit
