Intern, Information Architecture & Design [San Diego, CA]

This internship position will help the digital technology team to migrate, design and refine content in support of our operating model . The intern will grow as a professional as well as an individual by learning from business partners, their direct supervisor, mentor, team members and the entire digital technology department. The successful candidate will be an autonomous quick-learner with an adaptvie mindset, not afraid to take initiative and learn from their colleagues.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• Actively pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, preferably in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Communication, Sociology – Culture and Communication, Marketing, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business
• Experience in office administration, customer service or technology

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Ability to learn quickly
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Confluence and Jira
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimum supervision
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 is preferred.
