Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following
- Building/Factory administration & Project management
- Management of leasing contracts and legal documents.
- Responsible for real estate capex spending, overall budget control for real estate scope, projects management (renovation, relocation etc.).
- Office layout management and improvement.
- Comply with legal and statutory regulations in the scope of facility/property management.
- Utility management
- Power, water supply contracts management (Electricity), fire protection system, and other utilities (Steam, Hot Water, STP/ETP, Gas, etc.).
- Ensuring compliance and statutory requirements for all utility services for the premises.
- Hard services
- Internal and External structural Repair and Maintenance.
- Machines & Equipment repair and maintenance.
- Real estate operational service management
- Service contracts for housekeeping, cleaning, catering, Pantry, gardening/landscaping, elevator safety maintenance, and security services across the premises.
- Reception/Front desk, pest control, courier and medical services incl. First Aid.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills
- Experienced with cross department and stakeholder management is preferred. (Preferred to have facility management experience over 7 years)
- Deep understanding of facility management.
- Strong communication skills in English are preferred.
