Our client, a stable boutique executive search firm, is seeking a temp to perm Data Entry Assistant to support a busy Partner. This is a great opportunity for a candidate to learn more about recruiting and grow within this firm. Job Summary COMPANY: Executive Search Firm
POSITION: Data Entry Assistant
LOCATION: Midtown
HOURS: 9am – 5pm (This person must be able to work five days in the office to start and then ultimately they can work Friday’s from home)
HOURLY: $25-$30 / HR
SALARY: 60-70K DOE + Benefits + Bonus
Responsibilities
- Maintain the database by entering new and updated account information
- Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Establishes entry priorities.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verifies by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Perform weekly meeting search status update – a compilation of current search activity for internal use
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience with troubleshooting basic technology issues, Windows 7 desktops, Microsoft Office 2010 and general printer and networking malfunctions
- Proactive approach to all job responsibilities with the ability to work efficiently
