Our Chesapeake office has grown exponentially, and this could be a great opportunity to join our fun-loving team, onsite, and help develop this expanding business. Our center is open 7 days per week (8AM-10PM, Monday-Friday and 9AM-10PM Saturday and Sunday) and we are seeking individuals to join us on the 12PM-9PM as well as the 1PM-10PM shift (5 days per week, including one day per weekend).
Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you’d deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, questions and issue resolution. You’ll work with top technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. And, while experience successfully meeting sales goals and targets would give you a head start, we provide robust training to ensure that all our representatives are set up for success.

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one-year experience in customer service
- The ability to work onsite in our Chesapeake, VA office
- Must have full time availability to be scheduled any day, Sunday-Saturday
- Must be available for training 1PM-10PM, Tuesday-Saturday
