- Product software lead – Managing software requirements, planning, verifying, technical review, and deployment.
- Lead Software development – Assessments, Designing, Coding and testing PLC and HMI software to be flexible, scalable, and maintainable and meet standards.
- Provide mentoring and assitance to other software engineers on the development.
- Schedule and coordinate the team‘s resources to ensure an efficient workflow during involved project.
- Anticipate, identify and articulate problem areas and develop preventative solutions.
- Interface between other functional software part and management in each global PC site based on integrated software knowledges.
- Establish and improve software development standards and processes for scalable and high quality software.
- Document covering requirements design, test plans and release notes
