Your challenges
- Actively clean all existing CRM and SAP data
- Create procedures for the local business for maintaining and managing data in both our ERP and CRM systems
- Actively maintain data and perform on-going data clean-up in the CRM and ERP system
- Provide support for pricing and master data in both the CRM and ERP systems
- Act as a gatekeeper for all CRM and SAP data
- Provide administrative support using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. as required in relation to data maintenance and management requirements
- Work with all internal stakeholders to support all requirements in relation to data management
- Support all stakeholders with reporting on key data points from both our CRM and SAP systems
Your expertise
- 2-5 years’ professional experience/exposure in the field of data management or administration
- Life science industry experience is considered an advantage
- Strong knowledge of CRM
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Experience in project management
- Strong Skills in Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal English
- Strong Skills in Word and Excel
- Create procedures for the local business for maintaining and managing data in both our ERP and CRM systems
