Danfoss is looking for a Customer Service Specialist (1 year contractor) with passion for delivering a positive customer experience and a “Can Do” attitude. The incumbent must be a service-oriented person with excellent communication skills and interest in working across countries, teams with purpose of securing efficiency in our customer service teams and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. With strong connections and trust across teams, the incumbent is expected to understand the needs of our customer service team.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

  • Understand, Inbound calls from customers with various questions and inquiries about Danfoss’s products and services.
  • Partnering with customers in conversation over phone or email to determine what products they need and when.
  • Collaborating with other sales, transportation, fulfillment, and warehouse teams to ensure that we are delivering on our customer’s expectations.
  • Order Processing, Delivery / Warehouse Coordination, Order Management and After Sales Process
  • Establishing and maintaining a profitable relationship with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer account as assigned.
  • Conducting analysis of a customer’s forecast, trends in orders, and contract details to ensure we are staying ahead of their needs.
  • Supporting fellow Customer Service team members locally and internationally, as needed, to ensure the team can achieve annual goals.
  • Handling of all Logistics Request with global production sites.

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills are as the following.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-3 Years Work Experience in Customer Service environment
  • Extreme attention to detail & Ability to Multitask
  • Order Process Knowledge, Escalation Process Knowledge
  • Professional Communication both Written & Verbal
  • Relationship Building Skills with Customer Focus
  • Ability to accept and grow from Constructive Feedback
  • SAP Experience Preferred
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge Basic Required
  • Sales Force Experience Preferred – ability to learn
  • Exceptional Phone, Email and Customer Communication Skills
  • Problem Solving Techniques and Implementation skills
  • Flexible, welcome change and improvements
