Our Project Analyst Intern will be supporting the Sales Effectiveness team. Responsibilities include:
- Deliver efficient solutions using low code
- Analyze client’s business, systems, and workflow processes and come up with solutions that meet customer’s needs
- Carry out solution testing and root-cause analysis to ensure efficient on-boarding processes for new clients and develop logical conclusions and suggest alternative configurations
- Assist with assigned customer projects, ensuring timely and efficient communication and solutions are delivered to plan
- Coordinate and execute testing, in concert with customers to ensure successful implementation.
- Develop, configure, enhance, and administer a variety of QuickBase applications
- Identify and build integrations with other business tools/applications to optimize processes
- Build reports and dashboards for end-users and management
- Develop custom forms and pages and workflow designs
- Develop, automate, and maintain data feeds using scripting languages into and out of the application(s)
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop ideal business processes and automate manual work
- Assist staff training for QuickBase Applications and ETL procedures.
- Continuous documentation of application configuration, customization, and integration
Education:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

- Must possess strong coding and analytical skills
- General knowledge of SQL, HTML or JavaScript preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication, project management and interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail oriented with an inquisitive ability for problem solving.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, work independently and take initiative on assigned projects.
- Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness
- Can manage the stress of a fast-paced environment
- Can work effectively with a team
- Able to meet any in-person requirements of the team or business needs
This position is part-time, about 20-25 hours per work, based upon the candidate’s availability. This can be a full remote position, or this person could be based in our Newport, KY office.
