Your Career as a Regional Account Manager

As a Regional Account Manager, you are responsible for proactively selling Trend solutions and services. You are a seller as hunter, have a results-oriented mindset with a passion for over-achieving sales targets to exceed expectations. You will be playing a key role by influencing prospects to buy Trend Micro solutions in this highly competitive security industry, you will be working closely with our Technical, Channel Partner and Marketing team to formulate the world-class selling strategies and campaigns. To be successful in this position you will need to navigate accounts and fully understand all aspects of complex selling in new market.

You are accountable to contribute to the growth engine in the assigned territory, be the trusted advisor of Trend Micro as you articulate and promote the company’s value proposition and services to customers and ensure the challenges of the customer are resolved in a strategic and tactical nature. How You Will Make a Difference

  • To enhance the relationship with customer users to promote sustainable revenue growth in Korea Region that include Customers Management to develop and execute growth plans for FSI, MFG and Gaming sectors.
  • Responsible for managing and monitoring health score of customer, negotiates pricing and implementation and prepares proposals
  • Qualifies new opportunities and prospects, dimensions the size of opportunities and articulates probabilities of closure
  • Develops corporate contacts and cultivates relationships at all levels that enhances Trend Micro’s position, which leads to incremental business within the designated account
  • Compiles account information on organizational structure, the buying process, compensation process, existing products/tools to produce a prospective business report identifying potential business activities necessary to close client accounts
  • Maintains broad knowledge of company products and their capabilities versus the strengths/weaknesses of competitive landscape and offerings
  • Maintains close working relationship with Trend Micro’s product personnel to know product futures and timing, as well as feedback concerns and requests from prospects
  • Consult customers on cyber security initiatives and drive constant engagement from demos till post implementation support issues
  • All Sales Operations objectives like development of funnels for existing and future quarters, forecast and track key account metrics by providing timely and accurate revenue forecast, compliance to all weekly reporting norms
  • With knowledge of Competition, new cybersecurity technologies, upcoming trends (Cloud, Digital Transformation, IIoT etc), upto date knowledge on industry trends, country regulations that affect target markets
  • Lead commercial negotiations, deliver impressive sales and business presentation that helps to acquire customer mindshare

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years selling Enterprise Security Solutions and minimum of 4 years with proven track record of penetrating and closing new logo accounts, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales target as well as profitability objectives
  • Build and develop key executive relationships across multiple business units (Security, Data Center, IT)
  • Excellent negotiation skill and strong personal network within Security industry, including executive and C-level
  • Independent, mature, stable, dynamic, energetic with strong sense of dedication, meticulous, organized & result-oriented team player, Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, planning and customer service skills
  • Have significant entrepreneurial thinking, account penetration to work closely with associates to ensure customer success at all level as well as for face-to-face client and prospect calls.
  • Excel in presenting business value proposition, solutions, and able to explain the benefits of complex technology in easy-to-understand business language
  • Good communication skills (English), communicate effectively at meetings, providing presentations, and in written documents
  • Working knowledge of salesforce.com, Sales Based and Security Certifications are desirable
