About You

We’re looking for an individual with a performance driven and customer focus mindset, who can be the first point of contact for employees regarding HR related matters as well as the business partner with hiring managers in talent discussions

Function

This role sits in HR shared services and supporting Talent Engagement team in APAC.

About The Role

The incumbent will be the main contact on recruitment and HR operations process.

HR Operations

• Respond HR related queries and escalate other queries to the appropriate channels
• Take ownership for employee lifecycle (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) processes, legal documentation, benefits administration, employee data management
• Provide training and occasional support to employees and line managers on Workday
• Resolve any complex, market specific queries that require either detailed market knowledge or face to face intervention
• Work seamlessly with the First Point Manila to ensure consistency of service to HR, employees, and line managers

Talent Engagement

• Strengthen the succession pools through talent moves and acquisition
• Own the talent agenda and developing strategy, plans and interventions to ensure a high quality of delivery
• Leverage and optimise the global Employer Brand and D&I agenda to deploy creative sourcing strategies to hunt for the best talent for Diageo
• Develop strong pipelines to fill known and anticipated talent gaps whether externally or internally
• Be a true business partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues in all talent discussions and maintain compliance with global policies

Experience Required/Skills/Capabilities

• 1-3 years of experience in HR/recruitment
• Good understanding of resourcing process
• Performance driven and customer focused mindset
• Meticulous and proactively finding solutions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with HR data management system – Workday
