This is the “Recruiting Intern” role, also known as the Program Manager role, where you would ultimately be overseeing and spearheading the hiring process for the RippleMatch Spring 2023 internship program. This role directly determines the intern team that we build for the upcoming Spring 2023 semester, which is why we’re looking for driven, skilled students interested in the HR/Recruiting fields to join our Program Manager team!

A few of the main responsibilities include:

• Getting on calls with potential interns and interviewing them for the Leadership Development Internship, with the goal of hiring.
• Collaborate with our internal team to expand campus recruitment and increase interview placement rate
• Collaborate with other Program Managers to improve the hiring process

In terms of logistics, here’s what you’d need to know:

• It would be $20 per hire you make.
• Expected time commitment: 8-10 hours per week
• Remote schedule, so organize the hours wherever it fits your schedule.

What we’re looking for:

• An interest in entering a career in Human Resources / Recruiting
• Excellent organization skills – experience with maintaining a schedule, organizing / maintaining Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets documents
• Excellent professional and personal communication skills
• Dependability
• A strong desire to grow your professional skillset
• Prior interview experience is a plus, but not required (can be experience interviewing for a club/organization)
• You’re representing the RippleMatch brand. As an intern, you must represent our brand well
