Job Description/Responsibilities

Assist the Buffalo Trace Distillery Homeplace Manager with various tasks to help the department.

Responsibilities

Data Collection

• Pull data from Homeplace systems
• Gather physical data throughout the facility
• Data entry into Homeplace systems

Documentation of botanical garden plant species

• Identify and document existing tree, shrub and perennial species
• Enter data in the botanical garden database

Maintain botanical gardent signage

• Document existing signage
• Identify needed signage
• Order new signage and enter work orders to distribute

Assist Homeplace Manager and Supervisors with inventory and ordering materials

Run errands as needed for the team

Required Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements

Must be enrolled in graduate or undergraduate program

Self-Motivated

Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time

Ability to work on your feet, sit, climb stairs/ladders, bend, kneel, and squat continuously during shift
