Aufgaben

• Erstellung von Rechnungen und Provisionsabrechnungen
• Digitale Auslieferung von Leads an unsere Kunden
• Pflegen unserer Kundendatenbank
• Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
• Prozess-Skizzierung
• Customer Support
• Administrative Tätigkeiten
• Weitere Tätigkeiten, für die du dich interessierst und zu denen deine Stärken passen

Qualifikation

Erfahrungen:

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Grundkenntnisse der Betriebswirtschaft oder des Mediendesigns wünschenswert

Persönlichkeitsprofil:

• Empathie für Kollegen und
• Engagierte- & gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise (out of the box thinking)
• Analytische Denkweise

Experiences:

• Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English (at least one of them should be your mother tongue)
• Basic knowledge about Business Administration

Tasks:

• Creation of bills and commission statements
• Maintenance of our databases
• Creation of Graphics and presentations
• Processing of customer complaints
• Process modeling
• Customer Support
• Repetitive administrative tasks
• Furthermore tasks you are interested in, depending on your skillset
