General Information

Schaeffler, a global automotive and industrial supplier, is seeking Automotive Aftermarket Interns to support at Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket located in Strongsville, Ohio, 15 miles southwest of Cleveland. Plan to gain experience with a dynamic Aftermarket Team in our brand-new facility in Strongsville! We have internship opportunities in Product Management, Data Management, Marketing, and Sales!

Your Key Responsibilities

• Undergraduates can work in different departments of the organization to gain practical experience in the course of an academic education. Position tasks vary by department and may include:
• Product Data Research
• Data Entry
• Data organization and manipulation
• Support marketing campaign planning and execution
• Support event planning and execution
• Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral
• Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels
• Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions
• Take part in formal and informal training opportunities
• Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives
• NOTE: Additional tasks and duties are determined by the department. Please specify your area of interest as well as your skillset strengths.

Your Qualifications

• Currently in pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Aftermarket studies, Marketing, Business, or Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong Excel skills required
• Access skills a plus
• Automotive experience or interest a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential
• Must be able to work 30+ hours per week
• Ability to function as a team member in a group environment, and communicate with all levels of the department and organization
