Location: Amsterdam/Eindhoven (Hybrid, 1 day at the office)

Type: Internship (Non-Thesis)

Length: 6 months, with possible extension

Time: 40 hours/week (min 32 hrs/week)

Expected Start Date: February 2023

Your Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you have the opportunity to support the Supply Chain (SC) of Philips Domestic Appliances through a large digital transformation. You will work together with the SC Transformation team to build momentum and encourage a positive mindset towards the transformation and support the deployment plans across the globe.

You are responsible for:

  • Effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a dynamic environment and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Intelligently use data to add value, make an impact and support decision making and/or change initiatives.
  • Host weekly review meetings, list & follow up actions and share best practices.
  • Data & project planning support of the transformation team.
  • Creating and editing communication content such as info graphics and videos.
  • Helping local management teams in deploying tools and processes.
  • Work effectively and independently with minimum direction.
  • Bringing new energy to the team, come with great ideas and above all having fun while doing it!

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Studying towards your Bachelor or Master’s in Project Management related degree (E.g. Communications, International Management, Business administration) or a related study;
  • Skilled in MS Office Application;
  • Highly proficient in English with solid writing skills (ability to interpret complex information and convert into clear and easy messaging);
  • Familiar with digital platforms and digital (change) communication tools;
  • Able to utilize your knowledge of change management and communication strategies, methods, and tools and translate these to company needs;
  • The intern needs to be an independent worker, fast-learner.
  • Experience with video editing skills is a plus.
  • Data savvy, digital mindset
  • Have some experience in project management, change and communication in an international environment is a plus.

The Supply Chain Transformation team, and will work in a dynamic environment in which you bring suggestions and ideas to the table in the digital space and can work hands on to make things happen in close collaboration with various functions and professionals.
