This role is responsible for finance/accounting supports and analysis for business lines of Margin, Operation & Marketing, NFT and so on. His/her supports and analysis reports will drive a better result of customer acquisition, growth, and budget spending. This role also provides a large exposure to other finance and accounting work such as reconciliation, accounting closing, ERP systems, crypto accounting, and financial reporting.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Daily finance/accounting support for business partners, help executes transactions
- Campaign related financing support, budget planning, reconcile, and anaylsis
- Global Marketing budget monitoring and analyzing, ensuring high ROI achieved
- Transaction reconciliation and crypto wallets reconciliation
- Support the month-end close process of the corporate entity, including revenue and cost recognition, etc.
- Ad hoc supportsincluding auditor test work, work closely with Tax, Treasury, HR, Legal, Compliance, and operation teams to enhance the company’s day-to-day operations.
- Accounting support to foreign subsidiariesas well.
Requirements:
- Pursuing Bachelor or Masterdegree in Accounting/Finance or Business major
- Had some accounting experience ina corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, or working towards CPA license is preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills,ERP system working knowledge is preferred. Experience in using ORACLE-NETSUITE is a plus.
- Possess excellent analytical, business partnering, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Attention to details and high motivated, able to work independently or as a team
- Familiarity with cryptocurrencies will be a plus.
