Responsibilities Include
- Actively maintains the firm’s core values HT3 and service standards.
- Learn how to execute marketing research
- Learn about our Firm’s products and how to market them
- Assist with planning, organizing, and hosting events
- Conduct general administrative tasks
- Assist with creation of concepts to effectively execute business development driven projects
- Interact with internal stakeholders
- Update internal documentation to help maintain process improvements
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to project check-ins and tasks, as needed
- Support the initial CRM migration and integration initiative
- Draft routine correspondence and create reports
- Supporting database development, reports/dashboards, and automating business processes
- Collaborates with various teams across operating areas and fields to achieve goals
- Analyzing data through marketing and sales technology platforms to support revenue growth
- Understands key elements of client care and service
- Gains an understanding of all HoganTaylor services
- Completion of HT internship program which consists of training, site visits, peer networking, and a presentation to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to analyze data and provide data-driven insights
- Possess strong technical, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must be a self-starter, eager to try & learn new things
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Client Relationship Management tool experience (Preferred)
- Broad knowledge of project management and data analytics
- Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to established timelines
- Ability to develop and/or analyze reports
- At a minimum, have completed junior year
- Pursuing a degree in Business or Marketing
- Proficient in use of computers and basic software applications
- Ability to perform under time-pressures and meet deadlines
- Experience in database management a plus
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job the employee will regularly be required to sit, stand, reach, walk, drive, kneel, crouch, crawl and lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
