People Development Intern (m/f/x)

Tasks

We provide you with an environment where you can grow, learn and lead. With our Team Members who have learned in organizations like Google, McKinsey, BCG, Goldman Sachs, 468 Capital, Rocket Internet, Hello Fresh and many more we put learning and growing together at Priority #1.

As our People Development Intern, you will be assigned to multiple areas and will have an impact on:

• Developing, mapping and implementing scalable processes across our company
• Working with an entrepreneurial mindset on your assigned projects to ensure end- to-end ownership
• Collaborating with different internal and external stakeholders to keep everyone informed about our project developments
• Developing a great people lifecycle to ensure our Team has a great experience also once we scale
• Supporting our data-driven operations
• Operating as an End to End Owner of your Projects and Areas of assignment
• Implementing a first-in-class documentation of your developed processes
• Working with our Chief of Staff and our leadership team to always flag the right priorities
• Building an incredible company experience from people via operations to Investment
• Seeing how to implement performance management on a scalable foundation
• Growing a team at a sustainable pace

Requirements

What you add to our Crew:

• Hunger for an extremely entrepreneurial experience
• First internships in fast-paced StartUps or VC is a huge plus
• Great skills with the Microsoft Suite
• Fluency in English, German skills would be a huge plus
• Excellent analytical abilities, organized thinking, and extraordinary attention to detail.
• A creative, inquisitive mind, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to participate actively in our business.
• Independent, proactive, and efficient approach to new subjects and challenges.
