Description
We are seeking remote sales technicians to join our team! We are looking to recruit, train, and retain talented
individuals with a drive to succeed. This position focuses equally on both generating new business and
maintaining/servicing existing customers. The primary goal of this position is to maintain, build and strengthen
relationships with new and existing clients; as well as build a pipeline of referral partners. The right candidate must
possess excellent customer relationship skills and be a great team player.
Position Requirements
Generate monthly recurring revenue and services
Develop and close requests
Source sales opportunities and generate customer Trust
Weekly meeting and file weekly reports
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to speak publicly and interact with new people
Must be self-motivated
Naturally social and enthusiastic individual who thrives in human interaction
Desire to mentor other teammates after refining your skill set
Ability to work Mon – Fri and occasional weekends
Position
Independent contractor 1099 employee
Commission base pay
Opportunity to generate guaranteed 5% monthly recurring commission based on type of services sold.
