BCT has a remote direct-hire Program Manager, Prioritization & Process opportunity with a client in DFW that has excellent benefits, work/life balance, and encourages the growth of employees. They are remote now, but you need to live in the Dallas area for when they go hybrid, and you are required to go to the office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive the Intake process & related items (intake form, triage, assignment to Product Managers, Workflows, Automations, etc.
• Are the go-to person & work with submitters & Product Managers to ensure requests have the necessary information (Summary, Category, OKRs, Hypothesis) to move forward in the Stage-Gate process
• Coordinate with selected partners to define & refine the process on an ongoing basis
• Communicate cross-functional roadmap to the rest of the team, accountable for delivering & go to market of the product roadmap
• Create a new Stage-Gate process for feature/bug/enhancement issues to be tracked & managed
• Consistently search for better ways of working within Digital Product areas of the business

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Product Management
• Five plus years experience managing stage-gate processes in Project and/or Product Mgmt.
• Experience with Objectives & Key Results (OKR), Experimentation & Hypothesis
• Experience with Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) & related tools
• Experience managing PDLC tools like Aha!, ProductBoard, Monday.com, Jira, Confluence
• Product Management and/or Project Management certifications is a plus
• Business Analysis and Process Improvement or related certificates are a plus to have
