Amazon Food is looking for associate in the category management domain who will work closely with sales and business development, account management teams , program management, merchant support, delivery experience, Business Analyst and product management teams to solve unique business problems for Amazon Food and work towards marketplace development. You will get an opportunity to work with Large national and international brands in the food space who operate multiple outlets across multiple cities, hep them scale on Amazon and help set benchmarks for customer experience for Amazon Food.

Description

• Identify high impact restaurant and menu gaps on Amazon Food
• Co-ordinate with internal teams and external sales teams to onboard the gaps on Amazon Food
• Document processes & develop SOPs wherever required
• Review & suggest SOP changes required if any to the team basis input from stakeholders
• Review catalog for content quality, based on pre-defined guidelines & co-ordinate with internal teams to fix the issues for better customer experience
• Create and share various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports to provide data intelligence to internal team

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 2 – 4 years of experience in data-driven, insights generating roles which require working with large volume of data and deriving inferences from it for business teams to take accurate decisions based on such data
• Experience working in business development, external partner management related roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ecommerce experience, especially hyper local business
• SQL knowledge
