Job Description

Accountable for :

• Execute strategic direction on Business Transformation and Deployment of country STP legacy process to new ERP process.
• Successful transition to Global Service Center for STP related activities in buying and Accounts payable for smooth Go-Live and stabilization with no service dip.
• Process standardization and optimization in Global service Center (GSC) in line with global process for STP.

Roles And Responsibility

Includes but are not limited to the following :

• Build awareness with country and develop Business Transformation plan in line with global release schedule.
• Partner with Regional , Global team and GSC change delivery team, to define and align business transformation efforts in pre start phase of deployment and work thru deployment until Go live and stabilization phase.
• Ability to convince stake holders and resolve change acceptance challenges in Buying and Accounts Payable area of Source To Pay.
• Provide GSC/Country functional specifications to product team, for customized developments and reporting needs.
• Work with Country Sourcing on pre start phase of deployment and work with e commerce team to adopt POA (PO Acknowledgement) and ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) thru eCommerce.
• Work with country and GSC to align reporting metrics inline with new ERP calculations.
• Work with the Master Data Management team and local country team in data mapping.
• Work on JIRA and support transformation related tasks and work with country teams on execution.
• Work with country and GSC to identify Super Users and end user for trainings
• Strong cross functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics streams for business transformation and deployment for Source To Pay.
• Strong project management across cross functional teams for effective execution and reporting.
• Resource planning and identification of opportunities for optimization and automation.

Qualifications

• ~ 8 to 10 years of experience in project management and working with multi cultural and multi lingual clients with end to end process knowledge in sourcing – Buying and Accounts payable.
• Bachelors degree and a Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in a Transition /Deployment project will be preferred.
• Should have good understanding of sourcing End to End process.
• Working experience in SAP / e commerce tools for sourcing is an added advantage.
• Experience in project management is preferred.
• Flexible to travel
