This position is responsible for strategic planning through execution, providing consultative support and oversight to franchisees and licensees in all areas of the digital and delivery consumer path to purchase.
This position will be part of a “hands-on – dig in – make it happen” marketing team excited to find new ways Inspire Brands can own and differentiate certain dayparts and occasions in the growing digital and delivery segment.
Responsibilities
- Roadmap Activation – Lead the adoption and activation of International’s digital and delivery roadmaps in the Americas region, redefining customer convenience through the digitalization of off-premises sales and leveraging new technology.
- Calendar Planning – Drive regional/market level digital and delivery marketing calendars, providing franchisee/licensee consultation across the marketing mix and developing a consumer path to purchase plan.
- Off-Premise Growth – Provide subject matter expertise, guidance and coaching to continually drive off-premise sales and profitability. Partner with the domestic off-premise teams to actively share best practices and synergies across brands/international markets (packaging, playbooks, and partnership e.g. It’s a Checkmate,).
- Aggregator Relationships – Partner with Americas markets to implement aggregator platforms, pulling thru the enterprise 3PD agreements (where applicable) to international markets, digital touchpoints, and communication plans. Serve as the regional point of contact with leading aggregators (Glovo, PedidosYa, Rappi, DoorDash, UberEats, iFood) and strategic digital retail partners (Justo) in the region.
- Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and participate in regional and cross-functional planning meetings. Furthermore, as a conduit for the Digital and Delivery team to the internal business function stakeholders (i.e., IT, Brand Marketing, Delivery Brand Leads, Insights & Analytics, Legal,) as well as the America’s Franchisee community (e.g., BR Canada FAC).
- Campaign Reporting – Measure and report performance of all delivery and digital marketing campaigns against KPIs to determine ROI. Working with Insights and Analytics, Consumer Insights, and Field Marketing teams to transform the data into insights, use cases, and a narrative that translates into growth, and informs future strategy and opportunities.
- Innovation – Identify new trends and insights in the digital and delivery space that meet consumer, franchisee/licensee, and brand fit expectations (e.g., Ghost Kitchen strategy, digitalization of delivery, packaging solutions, etc.).
- Business Reporting – Develop, execute, and deliver reports based on channel business requirements. Evaluate end-to-end delivery and digital customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Define, manage, and create content for routine internal and external reporting presentations, including QBR’s, annual planning, and regional summit meetings.
- Best Practices Sharing – Share best practices and case studies across Americas & global markets and with the Inspire Brands international team.
Education Qualifications
- 4-year degree required
- Graduate degree preferred
Experience Qualifications
- 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, retail, or other related areas.
- Experience working with digital and/or delivery marketing for American restaurant brands in the Americas region preferred
- Ability to travel within the Americas/Canada one time per quarter
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS Or ABILITIES

- Ability to collect and synthesize information, making it relevant, understandable, and actionable for key stakeholders
- Ability to balance multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Effectively interact at all levels of the organization across multiple functional areas
- Excellent writing, presentation, project management, and strong influencing skills required
- Prior experience in providing technical and operational training
- QSR industry experience in a multinational environment preferred
- Proven record in increasing digital sales (or e-commerce) as well as improving customer engagement, conversion rate
- Experience in delivery sales within the food service segment is a plus
- Microsoft Office Computer literacy
- Able to communicate effectively in English, additional languages (Spanish preferred) a plus
