- To Improve upon unsafe conditions across the Unit-12.
- Regular Plant round to check the operational issues.
- Incident analysis.

3 Special Projects
- To Make the special focus on Mfg Initative of 5S implementation in unit-2.
- KFA achievement (Cost Saving) 20 5S Audit score,Cost sheet
The above list is indicative and not exhaustive. This is a Leadership role which will lead one of the Group consisting of Agrochemicals (CTPR/MAAM) & CAC& Derivatives & will lead the Production activities.
