We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Intern for our Tempe and Tampa district, within our Civil Division that are available for 4 months starting April 2023. 

As a Marketing and Communications Intern and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by: 

Responsibilities

• Gather and update proposal content, including staff resumes, project sheets, and forms
• Assist with editing proposals using InDesign software
• Work with external vendors to coordinate proposal production
• Update marketing database
• Scheduling and participating in proposal-related meetings
• Assist with developing proposal management plans and proposal outlines
• proofreading marketing materials

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications related discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office,
• This is a non-exempt, Temp position, approx. 40hrs/week. This position will work in our district office located in Tempe, AZ and or Tampa, FL.
• Work hours need to be scheduled within our office hours, 7:00am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
• Must be authorized to work in the US *PCL will not sponsor an employment visa (e.g. H1-B, etc.) for this position
• Employment with PCL is contingent upon passing a substance abuse test
