Functional Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure well operation of Core Network nodes, VAS and BSS (Business Support System) and infrastructure.
• Core Network architecture design and assessment of Mobile Core Network products (HLR, GGSN, SMSC …)
• Technical expertise on core network nodes (HSS, MME, DRA, IWF, SGW, PGW, PCRF, GGSN, …)
• Expertise on the different signaling flows of mobile services provided in the CS/PS domains.
• Good knowledge in roaming testing (IREG and TADIG) and RP invitation processes.
• Assure high level availability of Network elements by applying proper processes for operation, quality health check, periodic audits and continues optimization.
• Work with business alignment team from coreIN design and operation sides to ensure business requirements and solutions are doable with existing infrastructure.
• Support in RFPs and acceptance for the new solutions and projects provided by vendors and 3rd parties.
• Manage and track projects and assure closing in the target date.
• As MVNO, it is required to work closely with MNO to assure have same level of radio services and ensure powerful customer complaints process as per SLA.
• Ensure the monitoring of all connectivity and links tofrom MVNE platform and ensure clear process for monitoring 3rd parties links.
• Support in capacity planning and licenses utilization monitoring and apply the required optimization.
• Work with and supervise vendor for managed services scope and ensure meeting the SLAs and KPIs.
• Main interface with the regulators and government departments for all technical requirements.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in communication engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 Years of experience in telecommunication field, Mobile core network domain. Better to have experience with Huawei equipment.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and effective communication skills.

Teamwork ability along with initiative.

Able to deliver under high load work conditions.
