•Plan, direct, coordinate and design IT-related activities, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department.
• Analysis of the business needs to apply Standard Operating Processes, infrastructure policies, work around, new configuration and/or implementations of systems/software to support and improve efficiency of Club operations and Corporate service support functions.
• Pro-actively manage and control the IT needs for new club openings.
• Defines IT project scopes and develops the associated technical and functional specifications. Quarterly reviews and audits of IT processes are carried out .
• Ensures all employee’s are trained appropriately on the software/hardware required to support business services and maximize IT systems across the business.
• Able to perform other IT or Systems related task assigned by the management.
• Control expenses for all related IT solutions and make sure they licensed, renewed and up to date the approved plan and budget.
• Defines IT project scopes and develops the associated technical and functional specifications.
• Responsible for smooth functioning and co-ordination of vendors for club/customer Internet,Club Management Systems , Point of Sale, IPTV, Centralized and local telephone systems and other software vendors .
