What You Will Be Doing

• Advisor on Global Operations projects such as new strategies for locations regarding communication, technology or daily processes
• Support on daily operational methodologies to drive higher efficiency and productivity for field teams.
• Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and present strategic initiatives to overcome the challenges
• Support on the creation of Standard Operating Procedures
• Assisting the L&D Department in creating content materials for operational trainings
• Ensure requests completion and global actions are met within the field teams.
• Support Global Operations Team in any daily task and project
• Manage and organize Global Operations decks

What Do You Need For The Role

• Fluent or native English speaker, Spanish recommended
• Continuous process improvement and innovation
• Good writing skills
• Detailed oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to handle changes
