Salary: £21k-£29k (Dependant on experience)

Account Executive –

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects across the full spectrum of medical communications activities, including congress activities, training materials, websites, and digital apps.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients on a day-to-day basis to develop an in-depth understanding of their business, products and marketing objectives to build and maintain positive relationships
• Help with managing projects, specifically project performance monitoring, documentation and scheduling, to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget
• Plan, create and enable the smooth interface of client meetings or calls
• Develop an understanding and clarification of briefs from clients; help develop these into relevant proposals and budgets
• Support the account service team, specifically Account Director and Account Managers, in ensuring client satisfaction, retention and growth
• Be involved in, and actively facilitate all stages of the creative process
• Liaise closely with the internal design and digital teams, and organise and facilitate external supplier relationships and material delivery
• Work to tight deadlines whilst providing clients with exceptional service at all times
• Source reference materials, mark-up references including use of client review systems, e.g. Zinc, Mercury, Veeva Vault

Requirements:

• Degree (science, preferably life science)
• High level of drive, motivation, and initiative
• An organised approach with excellent attention to detail
• A confident, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills
• Personable, approachable and able to inspire confidence
• Awareness of industry guidelines and best practice and their application
• Experience working in Medical Communications (agency/pharma) preferred
