Intern Marketing Events (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• support the event team in planning and executing events, meetings, trainings and fairs (live and virtual)
• communication with different departments, branches, suppliers and agencies
• creation of presentations
• attendee management & registration
• actively working with different event app solutions
• research of locations, programs, suppliers

What Skills You Need:

• student of event management, tourism or business economies (studies with current enrollment)
• experience of managing events and projects preferred
• very good English and German language skills, other languages would be advantageous
• good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• very confident in using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• knowledge of SharePoint advantageous
• agricultural background is an advantage but no must
• duration of the internship at least 6 months
