Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition intern to join our Human Resources team to assist with various Talent Acquisition projects. This internship will give you exposure to recruiting activities including (but not limited to): posting jobs, sourcing, scheduling interviews, screening and onboarding talent. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in Talent Acquisition and will be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist with posting jobs (careers site, social media platforms, company newsletter etc.)
• Lead special Talent Acquisition projects
• Learn best sourcing practices and use them to help increase talent pipelines
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews
• Learn about screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding talent.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors

Your Qualifications And Skills

• Current enrollment in a degree related to human resources
• Basic understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Willingness to share and bring ideas to the table
• Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at a time
• Strong interpersonal skills
