About The Position

• Updating order sheet with sales/stock/arrival and orders.
• Updating and maintaining the Planning Sheet with orders, arrivals, sales, and stock details.
• Creates and generates monthly sales plans.
• Updating the price lists for retail and fleet.
• Updating of stock report daily
• Ensure demo allocation as per requirement.
• Pre delivery inspection requests and recovery requests daily.
• Display Models as per showroom requirement as per requirement.
• Repair Authorizations and Monitoring as per requirement.
• Point of sale handling and distribution based on the monthly sales plans.
• Demographic Studies based on management requirement.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
• 3-4 years in Sales Planning / Operations role.
• Experience in business transformation of Data Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS) and Business Intelligence (BI) including user knowledge of appropriate tools for use including but not limited to SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Qualtrics
• Preferably have experience working with automotive brands.
• Strong data analytical, evaluation and interpretation skills able to present complex data in business language to non-technical stakeholders
• Technical data skills including data modelling and creating algorithms
