Product Owner 100% Remote (German Speaking)

We are a 100% remote consultancy based in Berlin. We provide high quality consulting and services to our clients in roles such as Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coaches and Process Consultants. Our clients book us to fill a missing position in a project or to troubleshoot issues in an ongoing project.Internally, we work 100% remotely and mostly asynchronously and strive for a sociocratic company culture to create the best possible workplace.Knowing that this means we must constantly change and improve, we are always looking for motivated people to help us do so.

Aufgaben

• Shaping the vision of the clients product and manage the roadmap
• Doing research to constantly evaluate how the clients product solves the problems of the users
• Scoping features as small as possible to ship them early and use the feedback of the users to improve the product
• Defining clear userstories
• Leading the team through the hurdles of compliance and security requirements
• Align the sprint goals, remove blockers and dependencies
• Sort the entries in the product backlog in such a way that goals and missions can be optimally achieved.
• Optimize the value of the work that the “developers” (the development team) do.
• Ensure that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent and clear to all, and shows what the Scrum Team will work on next.
• Ensure that the developers (development team) understand the product backlog entries to the required extent.
• Coach and train in-house POs (Client side)

Qualifikation

• Certified PO
• 2+ years experience
• Track record of successfull projects
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
