Summary of Job :

ZipRecruiter is looking to expand our engineering team. We are a successful startup (8 years old, 900+ employees) and we’re still growing rapidly.

We help employers and recruiters distribute their jobs online and screen their applicants. We also provide a job search engine and job alert email for job seekers and other job boards. Key focuses:

• Design and implement new features with our Product Team
• Playing a key role in architectural and design decisions, building toward an efficient microservices distributed architecture
• Mentor junior developers
• Participate in the deployment of various cloud-based technologies needed to implement projects
• Help drive the innovation and evolution of ZipRecruiter

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a hands on Full-Stack engineer
• Superb software design and development skills
• Experience with Go or a similar language, such that you could pick it up quickly
• Experience in developing Frontend with Javascript, CSS and HTML.
• Familiar with DB technologies like: NoSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra, Couchbase.
• Experience with AMP and PWA – an advantage
• Familiar with one of the following Infrastructure technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform or Cloudformation – advantage.
• Computer Science related degree or special programming unit at the army like 81, 9900, Talpiot, Ofek, etc. – advantage.
