Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Specialist (all gender)

Purpose of the position

Supporting the development and roll-out a group-wide template for MES and other systems covered by the central CoE, such as MessDas. Training of key users and support of businesses during and after implementation.

Main Responsibilities

• Enhancement of a group-wide template for MES and other manufacturing relevant systems such as MessDas
• Support roll-out of MES and other systems in the plants
• Develop operational handbooks describing Intersnack’s standards and ways of working for MES and other systems
• Train key users in the plants on the new template and systems and hyper-care support

Requirements for the position

• Work experience in FMCG (ideal food), IT or Consulting-like roles would be desirable but not required
• Knowledge of MES and configuration
• Project experience in MES system implementations would be a big plus
• Project Management qualifications would be a big plus
• Knowledge in Change Management would be of benefit
• Skills similar to Lean or Six Sigma would be of benefit
• Consulting-like behaviour convincing colleagues to contribute without direct hierarchical power
• Experience in managing Business Processes Documentation
• Good command of spoken and written the English language is a must, German is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 60 %
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
