Head of Events Execution

The head of events execution position is responsible for executing all events sold by the events sales team. All guest facing events such as teambuilding’s, gala dinners and park privatizations across all assets including CLYMB and QAW. This colleague will ensure all operational departments are briefed and fulfilling their role within said event and ensuring consistent quality to ensure a successful event guaranteeing repeat business and positive word of mouth for all events hosted by Farah Experience.

In order to be considered for this role you must be able to:

• Ensures successful delivery of existing proposed guest facing events sold by Farah.
• Prepare SOP of event execution throughout each asset.
• Work with F+B to ensure banqueting equipment is to required standard for each park.
• Supports the Events Manager (review meeting/performance reviews and day to day supervision)
• Manages the events calendar to ensure booked B2B events are aligned with in-park B2C events and activations.
• Host and leads SEO meetings within each asset weekly
• Event Producer for all bespoke events
• Main POC for client and operations throughout event.
• Available on day of event for approvals needed on the spot.
• Upsells on the spot during the event.
• Manages event related FAM Trips and site visits across all assets.
• Ensures client’s external suppliers are approved/registered within park guidelines.
• Ensure all events comply with legal and HSE requirements.
• Follow up on previously hosted events for potential repeat business.
• Work weekend days when required

You must have:

• Higher Secondary or bachelor’s degree in any field
• 5 years plus experience in Event Execution role.
• Experience managing events.
• Experience working in hospitality/leisure industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• UAE Driving license
