Drawing on over a century of crop nutrition experience, Yara established the Digital Farming unit – now Digital Ag Solutions (DAS) – 4 years ago to explore how technology could be used to impact farmer livelihoods and productivity. Today, DAS has built products for smallholder and professional farmers, retailers and other farming ecosystem stakeholders across Asia, Africa, the Americas and Europe.

This position will be located in Germany, Bulgaria, Netherlands, Belgium or Norway (Oslo) and reports to the Digital Ag Solutions Incubation Region Lead Europe.
Responsibilities
- Establish, manage and facilitate the Incubation process, acting as the lead for the team responsible to ensure all country requests go through necessary consolidation and approvals before being submitted to product teams.
- Provide overview and guidance for incubation activities costs and resources needs
- Build standardization amongst tools and processes to streamline and optimize throughout the incubation pipeline. Looks to continuously improve and harmonize the approach for Europe.
- Identify and manage cross-team interdependencies; facilitate cross-functional alignment to drive progress against goals and objectives, establish clear next steps and owners, and resolve blockers that impede progress.
- Introduce an agile working model in the Incubation team to support process management and goals.
- Outcome and Metrics Tracking/Reporting: Work closely with initiative owners across the organization to develop goals, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for ongoing value tracking.
- Develop systems for managing performance against those goals; ensure that our key efforts and initiatives are aligned to our strategic priorities.
- Works closely with other delivery leads for tracking, reporting and cross-functional alignment.
- Facilitation of regional key showcases / show & tell sessions across portfolio. Provides structure and tools to visualize European and market specific roadmaps
Profile
- Managed multiple projects/Agile teams at once at various stages
- Possesses comprehensive understanding of business case creation, evaluation and solidification, Agile practices.
- Experience in early-stage product development is a strength
- Exhibits knowledge and skillset of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, decentralized decision making and increasing transparency in teams.
- Exceptional communication, multi-tasking, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Humble, collaborative, team player, willing to step up and support colleagues.
- Experience using Microsoft and Atlassian software suites
- Strong business mind and drive to deliver results.
